Dekalb County Liners Move to the Midwest Collegiate League for 201

The Dekalb County Liners baseball club has chosen to move from the Prospect League to the Midwest Collegiate League for 2012 due to the extensive travel and game schedules along with costs related to the Prospect League.

Dekalb joins former Prospect League team Dupage and the league has plans to announce additional expansion news soon.

The Midwest Collegiate League plays a 46 game schedule beginning on June 1st with a post season playoff and a July 11th All-Star game.
