Jacobs is from Peoria Heights, Illinois and a transfer from Illinois Central College.
Lewis University pitcher Eann Cox gave up two hits and struck out seven in a 4-1 win over Ohio Dominican last week. Cox is from Erie, Illinois and a transfer from BlackHawk College.
